Customer Representative Hours

Requests may be sent via the electronic contact form any time of day. Requests arriving after 4:00 pm Pacific Time will be addressed the next business morning. Requests received during business hours are answered as quickly as possible, usually in less than 8 business hours or 12 hours during the week end and statutory holiday.
