What are the requirements to seat at the PMP exam?
To apply for the PMP (as of April 2012) you need to have either:
- A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) AND at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects AND 35 hours of project management education.
- A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) AND at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects AND 35 hours of project management education.
If you do not meet the PMP requirements, you may want to look at the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification.

What are the requirements to seat at the CAPM exam?
To apply for the CAPM, you need to have:
A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent)
At least 1,500 hours experience OR 23 hours of project management education.

What is the PMBOK® Guide, how do I get a copy of it?
The PMBOK® Guide guide is a standard created by the Project Management Institute (PMI.org). The Project Management Institute is also the body that has created the CAPM exam and creates the examinations. It is essential that students preparing for the PMP or CAPM exam have a copy of the PMBOK® Guide guide to aid in their preparation.

Can I obtain the PMI student membership discount if I enroll with PMCAMPUS?
Unfortunately, because PMCAMPUS's courses are not a degree-granting program our students are not able to use their enrollment with us as proof with PMI membership discount offered to students.
The following quote from PMI membership conditions contains PMI statement that restricts such discount to only specific conditions:
