Sales Condition

The 90 days access to PMCAMPUS.com Exam Simulators will only be allowed once Mokanova Inc. has received the fully completed registration form and the payment in full, unless otherwise agreed by Moka nova Inc. Payment of a course fee gives you a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license to attend your Exam Simulators.

Transferring or sharing your license with anyone individual is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.

As a result of the benefits given by Mokanova Inc., you agree that Moka Nova Inc. will not in any way be liable for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect suffered by you by the use or the application of the Exam Simulators. In any case, no liability can be attributed to Moka nova Inc. in excess of the course fees charged.

Any disagreement not amicably settled or any eventual legal proceedings between the parties will be initiated exclusively in the judicial district of Montreal (Quebec), Canada.

Special Warranty - 35 hours Prep Course (PMP35H) - 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H) - ONLY - does NOT apply for PMP Simulated Exams (PMP3EX and PMP2EX)

A. If you purchase 35 HOURS PREP COURSE (PMP35H) or 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H), complete the course, and fail the PMP or CAPM exam within a one calendar year period, PMCAMPUS.com will provide another 90 days access to 35 HOURS PREP COURSE (PMP35H) or 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H) at no charge.

B. If you fail a second time, we will also provide another 90 days free acces.

C. If you fail a third time, you will be refunded of your initial purchase. Refund (less $US 35 administrative fee).

Conditions:

1. After the first and/or second PMP or CAPM exam failure, customer sends (a) a statement that he completed the 35 HOURS PREP COURSE (PMP35H) or 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H) course and (b) a copy of the PMP/CAPM exam scoresheet.
2. PMCAMPUS.com will provide another 90 days access within 3 business days of receipt of the first and/or second failed PMP or CAPM scoresheet and the statement that the customer has completed the course.
3. After the third failed PMP/CAPM exam, customer sends a copy of the PMP or CAPM exam scoresheet. PMCAMPUS.com will mail the customer a refund check within 30 days after receipt of the third PMP or CAPM exam scoresheet.
4. This offer is only valid for the registered purchaser of 35 HOURS PREP COURSE (PMP35H) or 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H). All three attempts to the exam must be within one calendar year period after the 35 HOURS PREP COURSE (PMP35H) or 23 Contact Hours CAPM Prep Course (CAPM23H) purchase date.
