Volume Discount - How it works

Discounts are redeemed with gift certificates valid in the store.

We monitor your account sales record and each time you spend US$1000, we will send you a US$125 gift certificate electronically. This will give you 12.5% discount each time you spend $1,000. Gift certificates are sent within one week of the purchase.

You may send your order by fax or place it online. We accept Visa, MasterCard cards as well as Paypal. If you need to send a check, please communicate with us beforehand as some fees may apply.

Purchasing with this program includes an implicit acceptation of the sales terms and conditions, technical requirements, refund policy and special warranty.

Student Technical Support - Privacy Policy

When you place your order, you need to provide the following details for each of your students: First name, last name, email address, country of residence.

Our registration team will register your students in training centers. The welcome emails will be sent automatically to your students within 1 business day of your purchase. The welcome email contains instructions to contact the online helpdesk. Please follow up with them to ensure they have all received their welcome message.

Your students are provided with access to the online helpdesk and our staff will answer any inquiry from them to facilitate their experience with the training center. However, please note that our staff is not answering questions that require help from their trainer. This type of question is forwarded to you. We know that the cooperation of trainers is essential for students and our staff is dedicated to giving you the best service.

Your students may occasionally receive emails or announcements from and may also be be added to the Alumni Honor Roll if they have successfully passed the PMP exam as presented in the privacy policy.

Trainer's Tools - Free seat - Reporting - Authoring Team Communication

One free seat with unlimited access will be provided to trainers who purchase a minimum of 10 seats for their students. If a trainer has purchased a seat for testing purposes prior to placing a volume purchase order, that trainer will be offered a gift certificate for the same amount on request after placing a volume purchase of a minimum of 10 seats. The trainer free seat is subject to the license agreement.

Student activity reporting includes statistics such as first login, # of logins, and the # of contact hours accumulated (for PMP35H course). Reports are sent on a monthly basis.

Communication with the authoring team is easy. Our support staff forwards your requests, comments and questions to our authoring team according to the product you use and in a timely manner. All questions are answered within 1-2 business days. If you want to get more involved, let us know!
